Firstly the staff there are extraordinary people, so warm and generous.
Secondly, the brain injury patients, both inpatients and outpatients, are a wonderful community sharing stories of courage, resilience and kindness.
Finally, thanks to all our carers, family and professional who initially carry us, then walk by our sides as we strive to return to a new life.
Today was the most joyous, special few Xmas hours of my life. I apologise to all for my singing but it’s been 3 years in karaoke exile.
